Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Spokane home services team. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a newly certified BCBA eager to grow, you'll find the mentorship and flexibility to excel in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy in home-based settings
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, CBTs, and support staff
• Partner with families to promote skill generalization and success
• Maintain documentation consistent with BACB and clinical standards
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing clinical development

Qualification:

• Active certification as a BCBA, BCaBA, or LaBA in good standing
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to quality, compassionate care
