As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support and perform multiple duties to relieve management or staff of administrative details. You will work both in office and in the warehouse.

Essential Functions

• Daily duties will include Customer Service, Inventory, Shipping & Receiving, and Production Planning.
• Providing support to relieve management or staff of administrative details.
• Serve as the point of contact to take and deliver messages.
• Order Entry
• Enter data, assist with expense reports, provide information to callers.
• Set up and maintain files.
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills to interact with all levels from first line employees to executives.
• Willing to represent the company well and professionally at all times.
