A Day on the Job
- Perform welding and fabrication operations, including layout, fit-up, and welding using various processes such as:
- SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW, and Sub-Arc.
- Start your shift by setting up gear and materials.
- Lay down strong, consistent welds that meet exact specs.
- Inspect, grind, and finish pieces to keep quality top-notch.
- Team up with co-workers to keep production moving.
