• Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake to settlement.
• Conduct thorough case investigations to determine liability and damages.
• Handle settlement negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Draft petitions, discovery, and motions.
• Deposition preparation and taking of depositions, including clients, fact witnesses, and experts.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials.
