A company is looking for a Manager, FP&A and Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for assigned business units
Serve as the primary finance partner for Operations and People Operations / HR, providing financial and strategic guidance
Provide actionable insights that inform operational changes and resource planning
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or strategic planning roles
Demonstrated success in financial modeling, forecasting, and business partnership
Experience contributing to cross-functional strategy or operational improvement initiatives
Proficiency with financial planning tools and Excel / Sheets
