Position : Senior FP&A Analyst

Location : Houston, TX, Hybrid

Salary : Up to $145,000 with a 25%+ bonus.

You will also have a dotted line into the department CEO, and work closely with finance executives across the firm and business heads, the exposure could not be better.

This position is responsible for accurately monitoring and reporting capital expenditures while ensuring they align with company objectives. The analyst provides clear insight into capital project performance, safeguards data accuracy, and delivers timely, actionable reports to guide business decisions. Working closely with project leaders and finance executives, the role helps ensure funds are used efficiently and spending stays on track with both near-term forecasts and the organization’s three-year strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and interpret complex financial and operational data, recommending opportunities for improvement to management at all levels.
• Present and explain operating results to senior leaders, covering budgets, cost-reduction initiatives, corporate programs, and other performance drivers.
• Play a major role in planning, developing, and executing critical projects.
• Create and manage action plans to implement and monitor operational directives.
• Lead or assist with special analyses and ad-hoc data requests, reporting findings to regional teams and corporate offices.
• Serve as a communication link between field finance, operations, and corporate profit / budget analysis groups.
• Participate in major bid or project reviews when needed, including overseeing pro-forma financials and sensitivity analyses.
