Sales & Account Management Professional

Join our dynamic sales team and become a key player in driving business growth through strategic field sales and account management!

We're looking for a talented Sales & Account Management Professional to build and nurture valuable client relationships.

What will you do:

  • Drive sales performance through strategic field interactions with assigned accounts, maximizing business opportunities and revenue growth
  • Manage and develop relationships with OEM portfolios across designated geographical territories to achieve sales objectives
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, bids, and product demonstrations to prospective and existing customers
  • Assess customer needs and recommend tailored products, services, and solutions that align with their business goals
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • What will make you successful:

    • Proven track record in face-to-face and remote B2B sales, particularly in OEM environments
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex customer needs and provide strategic solutions
    • Excellent relationship-building and networking skills across various organizational levels
    • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
    • Outstanding presentation and communication abilities, both written and verbal

    Qualifications:

    • 7-10 years of experience in the field of automation and industrial controls, including programmable logic controls, human machine interfaces, variable frequency drives, and motion control
