Job Description

Infor LX Developer (Onsite – Cary, NC)

Location : Cary, NC 27511 (100% Onsite)

Duration : 12 Months

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Infor ERP LX Developer to support, enhance, and optimize Infor LX 8.3.5 systems within a manufacturing environment. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong manufacturing domain knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot, enhance, and integrate core ERP functionality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve daily end-user issues across the Infor LX ecosystem
  • Design and develop custom enhancements using SQL, RPGLE, and CLP
  • Collaborate with IT, business analysts, and manufacturing / finance teams to implement scalable solutions
  • Participate across the full project lifecycle—requirements, design, development, testing, rollout
  • Support ERP integrations and ensure seamless data flow across enterprise systems
  • Provide technical guidance and documentation for enhancements and system modifications

Required Experience

  • 10+ years as an Infor LX Developer
  • Proven hands-on experience with Infor LX 8.3.x (Manufacturing module experience required)
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and financial processes

    • Advanced proficiency in :

  • SQL
  • RPGLE
  • CLP (Control Language Programming)
  • Experience with ERP integrations and data exchange
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently within cross-functional, multicultural teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
