The Future Automotive Group, family-owned and operated for over 60 years, has grown to 13 dealerships and 14 franchises, with continued expansion ahead. What Youll Do

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom
  • Build strong relationships and guide customers through the vehicle purchase process
  • Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations
  • Achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals
  • Work closely with management and support teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training to grow skills and earning potential
Pay Scale

Base hourly rate of $16.90, plus substantial commission opportunities based on performance and other factors.

Most Sales Representatives earn between $5,000 and $12,000 per month, with higher earnings during peak and record-breaking sales periods.
