About the District Manager Role
We are searching for an experienced and driven District Manager to oversee 6-8 stores across the Boston area. As a District Manager, you’ll play a key role in achieving operational excellence across a variety of locations by leading and inspiring our General Managers and team members. This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 , with an added 20% quarterly bonus potential based on performance.
Job Qualifications
To succeed in this role as District Manager, you will need :
- 3-5 years of hands-on, multi-unit management experience within the Quick Serve or Fast Casual restaurant industry.
- Demonstrated ability to roll up your sleeves and lead, coach, and develop employees by showing them how it’s done.
- Availability to be in our Boston, Cambridge, and Somerville restaurant locations five days a week.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- A passion for food
- Run Food & Labor costs while driving sales growth.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
