Learning Facilitator

A company is looking for a Learning Facilitator.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitates learning through classroom instruction, virtual training, and coaching

Monitors learner engagement and provides feedback to leadership on training sessions

Collaborates with peers and leadership to support the execution of training plans and schedules

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in training, education, or a related field

Experience facilitating training in a professional setting

Familiarity with adult learning theory and learner-centered facilitation

Experience using virtual delivery tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)

Ability to work with minimal supervision
