A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide Level 1 technical support to users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general IT end-user support through various communication channels
Diagnose technical issues and provide first-level support, including troubleshooting hardware and software
Document and escalate unresolved issues while ensuring proper ticket management
Required Qualifications
6-12 months of experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
6-12 months of customer service experience in a professional setting
High School Diploma or GED
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
Ability to work weekdays from 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm EST
