Stick Pack Machine Operator Tasks & Duties

Set up, operate, and monitor stick pack machines to package products according to specifications.

Adjust machine settings (temperature, speed, fill levels, sealing pressure) for optimal performance.

Inspect packaging materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

Troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions or errors to minimize downtime.

Load materials such as film, product, and cartons into the machine.

Perform regular line checks, weight verification, and visual quality inspections.

Maintain accurate production logs, batch records, and quality documentation.

Clean and sanitize machines, work areas, and tools in compliance with safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Swing Shift, 02 : 00 pm to 10 : 00 pm

Monday - Friday

Stick Pack Machine Operator Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

Stick Pack Machine Operator experience preferred

GED / High School Diploma

Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic machine adjustments.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Basic math and recordkeeping abilities.
