Position : RN-Dialysis (Travel / Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Dialysis for a 13-week contract in Rochester, New York — earn up to ($2041 - $2148 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Administer dialysis treatments to patients in accordance with established protocols.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.
Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures and care plans.
Evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient responses.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans.
Engage in performance reviews and set personal goals for improvement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Utilize data and metrics to track patient outcomes and service efficiency.
Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients and team members.
Experience / Qualifications
Current RN license in New York State with dialysis certification.
Proven experience in administering dialysis treatments to patients.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Demonstrated ability to achieve individual performance targets.
Strong communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
Ability to monitor and interpret patients' vital signs effectively.
Ability to evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient responses.
Familiarity with safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.
