Position: RN-Dialysis (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities

• Administer dialysis treatments to patients in accordance with established protocols.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

• Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team goals.

• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.

• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.

• Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures and care plans.

• Evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient responses.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans.

• Engage in performance reviews and set personal goals for improvement.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

• Utilize data and metrics to track patient outcomes and service efficiency.

• Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients and team members.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current RN license in New York State with dialysis certification.

• Proven experience in administering dialysis treatments to patients.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve individual performance targets.

• Strong communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.

• Ability to monitor and interpret patients' vital signs effectively.

• Ability to evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient responses.
