Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for Key Business Partner Account Management and various departments
Monitor customer experience metrics and drive client satisfaction improvements
Resolve escalated client issues and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
3-5 years of experience in Group Health Insurance / Benefits, preferably in an Account Management role
Producer's license preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
