Staff Program Manager

A company is looking for a Staff Program Manager to lead RFP, onboarding, and customer diligence processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound RFPs and customer onboarding coordination

Manage timelines and ensure submission of complete, compliant, high-quality responses

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize RFP and diligence processes

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline) required

Minimum of 8 years of program / project management experience, with exposure to RFP / proposal management

Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, APMP, or PMP are strongly preferred

Demonstrated background in security, privacy, or compliance operations is strongly preferred

Experience working in regulated or heavily audited industries (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, SaaS, or finance)
