We are looking for a Business Controller who plans, controls and continuously improves financial performance of Industrial Measurements AMER and Xweather business units. This is a hybrid role in our Burlington, Massachusetts office for a global Finance & Control team. Leading performance, not location. Our culture is trust-based. We treasure face-to-face collaboration with our colleagues, but hybrid work and flexibility are the new norm for us.

What's your role?

• Represent the Finance & Control organization in Industrial Measurements' AMERandXweatherbusiness units.
• Proactively influence AMER business decisions by translating financial performance into actionable insights through planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Support the Xweather subscription business by providing financial steering, sales performance transparency, and business control expertise aligned with subscription / SaaS business needs.

ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE : $100,000 - $125,000 base salary with our annual Vaisala STI bonus plan. Salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
