Kelly Services is hiring Packaging Operators for a manufacturing facility in Holley, NY.

• This temp-to-hire position offers multiple shifts :
• Day Shift :
• 6 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM | $17.54 / hour
• Night Shift :
• 6 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM | $19.04 / hour (includes $1.50 shift differential)
• Rotating Schedule available

As a

• Packaging Operator
• , you'll run packaging machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring products meet quality standards while maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
• Your responsibilities include :
• Operating packaging equipment and monitoring production output.
• Conducting regular inspections of products and machinery.
• Cleaning and preparing machines between jobs.
• Following safety protocols, including proper PPE and lock-out / tag-out procedures.
• Reporting any issues with equipment, safety, or production to supervisors.
• Requirements :
• Motivated and dependable, ready to learn and work scheduled shifts.
• Stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move safely throughout the facility.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
