Your Impact

We are looking for a Service Technician who will contribute to the success of the Service Team applying their expertise in troubleshooting to support the achievement of team and company goals and deliver innovative reliable this role the successful candidate will collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills and maintain a commitment to professional excellence quality and continuous improvement.

As a Service Technician I youll be addressing our customers equipment maintenance and repair needs. The position is tasked with assuring customer satisfaction through timely and efficient maintenance and repair. The position focus is customer satisfaction and continual improvement in the quality of our products and services.

More specifically youll be

• Calibrating electronic equipment
• Developing troubleshooting and repair skills
• Supporting customer calibration and maintenance of Particle Measuring Systems micro contamination monitoring equipment
• Researching customer problems and complaints
• Acting as a liaison between customers and various departments
