Financial Controller

InfraHire is hiring Financial Controller

• Oversee all financial and accounting operations for the U.S. subsidiary of a leading digital X-ray imaging solutions company.
• Serve as a strategic liaison and ensure smooth financial communication and reporting between the U.S. subsidiary and Korean Headquarters.
• Lead and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closings, ensuring accurate revenue / expense recognition and preparation of financial statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate HQ financial reporting in compliance with IFRS / GAAP standards.
• Direct annual budgeting, business planning, and conduct variance analysis to provide actionable financial insights to executives.
• Maintain and strengthen internal control systems and proactively manage financial risks in accordance with HQ guidelines.
• Administer HR and payroll processes, including 401(k) management and employee health benefits administration.
• Oversee office operations, including lease management and corporate insurance (GL, WC, PL).
• Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state tax requirements, coordinate with external accounting firms, and lead audit preparations.
• Manage treasury functions, including cash flow monitoring, banking relationships, and liquidity risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with HQ to implement finance policies locally and foster efficient financial processes.
• Must be bilingual in Korean and English to support technical communications with HQ and local teams.
• Provide leadership and support for the ongoing improvement of financial operations and internal processes.
