The Bruker AXS-EM division is seeking a Material Handler to support our Logistics and Manufacturing Teams in Kirkland, Washington. The Material Handler role will help manage inventory, receive and inspect incoming material, and kit work orders for the manufacturing team. This position will work closely with Manufacturing, Logistics, R&D, and Service teams.

Responsibilities

Help manage controlled inventory and inventory on the manufacturing floor

Receive, inspect, and sort incoming part deliveries

Pick and kit parts from inventory to fulfill work orders

Assist in shipping and packaging of microscope shipments and service components

Work with the manufacturing and R&D team to identify issues with incoming parts and shipments

Record (via ERP software or Excel) incoming and outgoing shipments and material

Sort and organize warehouse and inventory rooms as needed to manage current inventory levels

Participate in sitewide physical inventory counts as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency certificate

Experience using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Must have high attention to detail

Strong communication skills including being able to communicate, verbally and written, in English

Ability to work independently

Must have a willingness to learn and grow professionally

Preferred Qualifications

Previous professional experience in a warehouse environment, inventory control, or material handling

Ability to read and interpret inspection documents or technical drawings

Previous experience kitting or picking for manufacturing work orders

Experience with SAP or S4/HANA ERP software

At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $36,000 and $62,000 and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position.
