WHAT YOU'LL DOThis is a Director & Team Leadership position that both deploys JHS Pedals' marketing objectives and manages the full internal creative department at JHS Pedals (6 team members).Guide Creative VisionYou will translate vision into creative direction and ensure every piece of content, campaign, and touchpoint reflects JHS Pedals' unique voice. You'll have a strong creative eye and the ability to guide creators toward work that resonates with our community and elevates the brand.Own Multi-Channel Marketing StrategyYou'll understand how to leverage every channel and be lowkey obsessed with how the different platforms work: what content performs, why it performs, and when and where to post it. You'll craft strategies that turn scrollers into fans and fans into customers.Lead and Manage a Team of Creators You'll lead our creative team - managing content creators, facilitating project management, and creating an environment where talented people can do their best work. You're not making the content yourself, but you're guiding every decision and keeping everyone aligned.Build the Brand at 30,000 FeetYou'll carry the perspective and importance of building a brand that lasts.
