The Medical Education Coordinator – Fellowship Program, Anesthesia plays a pivotal role in advancing the excellence of TriHealth’s Graduate Medical Education (GME) enterprise. Reporting directly to the Administrative Director, Medical Education—and working in close collaboration with Program Directors, the Designated Institutional Official (DIO), and the GME Office—this position strengthens and streamlines the administrative, operational, and compliance frameworks that support high‑quality physician training. We’re excited to begin recruiting for this role now, with an expected start date in mid-April 2026. This allows time for a thorough hiring process and a strong onboarding experience aligned with program timelines.
As a central liaison among leadership, faculty, residents, and institutional partners, the coordinator champions professional communication, process accuracy, data integrity, and administrative efficiency. The role demands advanced organizational capability, confidentiality, and technological proficiency—including budget support, residency management systems, and MS Office expertise—to ensure smooth program function and alignment with TriHealth’s mission of delivering outstanding medical education.
