PulmOne Advanced Medical Devices Ltd is a global medical technology company revolutionizing pulmonary function testing. Our flagship device, the MiniBox+, delivers cabinless, gasless Lung Volume Measurements, Spirometry, and DLCO testing — all in one compact, portable system that meets ATS and ERS guidelines and is fully reimbursable in the U.S.
With offices in the U.S., France, the U.K., and Brazil, PulmOne is expanding rapidly and seeking an experienced Director of Global Marketing to lead and execute our worldwide marketing strategy, with a primary focus on the U.S. market.
This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and strategic partnerships while supporting global sales teams and aligning marketing initiatives with business growth objectives.

• Lead and execute all global marketing activities, with primary ownership of U.S. marketing initiatives.
• Oversee and manage digital marketing efforts, including:
Website and customer portal
Email campaigns
Social media and professional networks (LinkedIn, physician forums, etc.)
• Plan and manage marketing presence at conferences and industry events.
• Develop and maintain marketing collateral, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
• Build, manage, and analyze customer databases to support targeted marketing efforts.
• Design, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and engagement.
• Conduct market research, analytics, and strategic planning across segments (PCP, Cardiology, new geographies, etc.).
• Own Salesforce (SF) marketing-related management, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and analytics.
• Support potential initiatives with IDNs and clinical trial companies, as applicable.
• Conduct due diligence on potential partners, add-ons, and strategic collaborations.
• Manage customer forms, questionnaires, and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with clinical and internal teams to create and leverage clinical data for marketing needs.
• Support all global sales teams with marketing strategy, tools, and insights.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar marketing leadership role within a U.S. medical device company.
• Experience marketing both capital equipment and subscription-based products preferred.
• Experience selling into both hospitals and private practice groups preferred.
• Experience marketing to specialists and primary care providers (PCPs) preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign management, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to support sales teams and drive lead generation.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
• Respiratory or pulmonary healthcare experience.
• Business development or partnership experience.
• Clinical background.
• Residence in the DFW area.
