Location : Raleigh, NCJob

Type : Full-Time

Hours : Monday-Friday and Weekends as needed; 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm

Position Overview :

As an Entry-Level B2B Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts and field engagement. This position requires direct interaction with prospective clients within the Raleigh area, providing you with the opportunity to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and present tailored solutions. Field-based sales activities will be a significant aspect of this role, allowing you to apply your skills in real-world scenarios and drive business expansion.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and engage in face-to-face meetings with prospective business clients across Raleigh and surrounding areas.
  • Present and promote our products and services, effectively communicating value propositions to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients to ensure continued satisfaction and growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and market research.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to enhance sales efforts.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications :

  • A strong interest in business development and B2B sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts and deadlines effectively.
  • Comfort and confidence in engaging clients in the field and traveling locally to attend meetings.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
