Job Summary
Reporting to the Finance Team Lead, you will perform moderately complex analysis for assigned financial area. Will present recommendations to management. Will identify and investigate issues related to assigned projects. May perform business partnering, analytics, business plan, monthly forecasting and complete period close tasks. There is bonus eligibility of 8% and paid time off and vacation is accrued monthly but can be used prior to accruing – 21 days total. k is matched dollar for dollar up to 6% plus an additional 3% for a total of 9% company contribution. Relocation assistance will be provided within a couple hours driving distance of the Indianapolis area. It is a day shift on-site role, M-F and 1 Sunday a month for about 5 - 6 hours is required, but will allow a trade out for any other workday.
