A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Quality Assurance Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts monthly audits of Behavioral Health medical records for compliance with regulatory and payor agencies
Enters and tracks data from audits to identify compliance-related trends
Provides consultation and education on compliance documentation opportunities to clinicians and leadership
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
2 years of experience in Behavioral Health or a Quality Assurance role required
