Key Responsibilities
Renew, upsell, and cross-sell to an assigned book of existing customers
Build and maintain relationships with senior executives at partner organizations
Collaborate with the Customer Experience Team to ensure customer success and adoption of the platform
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales and Account Management
Experience in preparing renewal proposals and account planning
Proven track record of quota attainment in a high-performing team
Experience selling software to executives at Fortune 500 companies
Familiarity with using data to demonstrate value and justify expansion
