Lead Developer

Responsibilities : Responsible for the design and development of computer and network software as well as specialized utility programs; responsible for testing, documenting, implement planning, production and post-production maintenance, environment management and release management of software applications; responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of the software development projects; responsible for preparing software application design. This includes taking an active part in coding to accomplish tasks and conducting regular code reviews to maintain code quality, identify issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards; address complex technical issues and solve problems that may arise during the development process; ensure that the codebase is optimized for performance, scalability, and maintainability; implement best practices for coding efficiency. create and maintain versions for code, processes, and project specifications as well as ensure that team members have access to the relevant code base; responsible for the technical and functional specification documentation; involved in daily scrum meetings and Sprint planning; participate in a retrospective and presenting demonstrations of the software at the end of the sprint.

Requirements : Must have a Master's degree in computer science, computer applications, or a related field. Must have one (1) year of experience as Software Developer. The position also requires one (1) year of experience with C#, ASP.Net, SOAP, Rest, ADO.Net, Salesforce, JavaScript, JSON, SQL Server, Azure Devops, SVN and TFS. The position offers the option of 100% telecommuting.
