[job_card.job_description]Support month-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting. Analyze financial and operational results within project and manufacturing accounting systems. Partner with Shared Services to review and analyze balance sheet accounts. Assist with invoicing, scrap tracking, and re-aging of accounts receivable under Controller guidance. Maintain compliance with U.S. SOX 404 internal control requirements. Extract, analyze, and develop reports to support decision-making. Participate in capital appropriation and fixed asset support activities. Assist with cost accounting and standard cost updates. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial processes and identify efficiency opportunities. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. 2–4 years of related experience in manufacturing finance or cost accounting. Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles. Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical abilities. Strong attention to detail, initiative, and team orientation. Experience with standard cost systems and ERP tools such as Oracle, Hyperion, QAD, or Visual Software. Prior exposure to aerospace or industrial manufacturing environments. Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally. Self-motivated with a “ownership mindset” and eagerness to learn and grow.
