Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate role at Tri-Imaging Solutions involves much more than typical warehouse work. This position focuses on medical system handling, installation, and cleaning, with an emphasis on maintaining a clean, organized environment to meet our ISO certification requirements. While there will be some forklift and machinery operation, this is not the core of the role.

What You’ll Do:

• Install and deinstall medical systems (X-ray, mammography, CT) in our QA bays for testing.
• Clean and prepare systems for refurbishment and sales.
• Receive full systems and ensure proper tagging and movement throughout the warehouse.
• Stage systems for shipment to clients, focusing on careful handling and preparation.
• Assist with building/repairing wooden crates (training available if needed).
• Perform general warehouse cleaning to maintain ISO standards.
• Drive materials to be painted as needed.
• Occasionally operate forklifts and heavy machinery, but expect more hands-on work with medical equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience with machinery and hand tools.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and record-keeping.
• Cleanliness and attention to detail (critical for safety and ISO certification).
• Mechanical aptitude, with receiving experience being a plus (but not required).
• Self-management skills in a laid-back, results-driven work culture.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of performing activities that involve extended periods of lifting, standing, and carrying.
