Wage - $45760 annually

Schedule Full Time 8hr shifts Monday Friday

Whatyou will be doing : Youll be responsible for the management of assigned residential living dorms which include a safe and homelike atmosphere dormitory and maintenance social skills dorm culture and student leadership.

Essential functions :

  • Monitor and control dormitory conditions; evaluate situations and conditions within the dormitories and make decisions or recommendations to management.
  • Perform administrative duties involving student passes leaves evaluations progress reports negative incident reports emergencies and terminations.
  • Provide proper guidance to students to ensure positive group living relations and achievement in the program.
  • Direct dorm activities as designated.

    • Education and Experience Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and one year experience working with youth. Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required
  • Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
