Here at Health-E Commerce, we are a consumer health and wellness advocate and online retailer headquartered in New York, NY. Since 2010, we have launched direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands aimed at simplifying the U.S. tax-free healthcare market and helping everyday Americans and companies benefit better from workplace benefits, wellness and health spending programs.

Our portfolio consists of four brands FSA Store, HSA Store, WellDeserved Health and Caring Mill. Health-e Commerce is an HIG Capital portfolio company. HIG is a leading investment firm with ~$64 billion in AUM and over 125 active portfolio companies.

About the Role

Health-E Commerce is expanding into new service offerings and operationally complex product categories. The Program Manager will support the execution of these initiatives by coordinating cross-functional workstreams, managing timelines and dependencies, and ensuring teams stay aligned from planning through launch.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who excels at structure, follow-through, and operational rigor.

Specific Responsibilities

Program Execution & Delivery

  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dependency tracking across multiple initiatives.
  • Track milestones, surface risks early, and drive follow-up to keep workstreams on schedule.
  • Ensure deliverables are clearly defined, documented, and completed on time.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate day-to-day execution across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data, Customer Support, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Facilitate working group meetings, document decisions, and ensure action items are followed through.
  • Act as the central point of coordination across teams to reduce friction and confusion.

    • Partner & Vendor Coordination

  • Support onboarding and operational readiness activities with external partners and vendors.
  • Track partner deliverables, timelines, and integration milestones.
  • Escalate issues, risks, and delays to internal stakeholders.

    • Operational Readiness & Launch Support

  • Support launch preparation by ensuring documentation, workflows, SOPs, and internal communications are complete.
  • Partner with Customer Support and Marketing to validate readiness and customer-facing experiences.
  • Help ensure smooth handoffs from build to launch to steady-state operations.

    • Reporting & Visibility

  • Provide regular status updates to leadership on progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Maintain clear documentation and shared workspaces to ensure transparency across teams.

    • What You'll Need

  • Background in digital health, telehealth, or HealthTech is strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 58+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations, or cross-functional execution roles.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Experience coordinating across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Clear, concise communicator with strong follow-through.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Experience working with external vendors or service partners is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Monday, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar PM platforms.

    • Compensation, Benefits, & Additional Details

    At Health-E Commerce, our goal is to provide an offer that supports growth potential within the role and allows for future salary progression. Final compensation is evaluated on various factors which include but aren't limited to experience, skills, internal equity among peers, and geographic location.

  • Compensation : $110,000 - 140,000
  • Discretionary Annual Bonus Eligibility : Up to 15%
