Accounting Manager needed for a large, busy and growing property management company in the Roseville area. This is an urgent position overseeing accounting activities of multiple properties. This is a full time 40-hour, temp to hire opportunity. Contact River City Staffing Today!
Main Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting activities for multiple locations
Oversee monthly General Ledger entries, balancing all bank accounts for properties
Provide oversight and accounting and financial advice, training and direction to junior staff.
Preparation and oversight in distribution of accurate multiple monthly, quarterly and annual financials, and budget variance reports to internal management and external entities.
Accurate and detailed record keeping
Written and verbal communication with internal management and external entities.
Complete other duties as required
The ideal candidate will have Affordable Housing experience, Timberline software and MS Excel.
Requirements:
BS in accounting or finance and a minimum of five years practical accounting experience
Expert skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience in preparation of multiple budget submissions
Extensive experience and a solid understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and problem solving
Excellent demonstrated leadership, written and verbal communication skills
Professional manner/conduct
Pay Rate $38 to $40 per hour
Must be able to clear a thorough drug and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA. River City Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
