Key Responsibilities

Own the systems, strategy, and execution for the quoting engine, automation infrastructure, and carrier performance

Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics to enhance user experience and ensure carrier success

Drive critical outcomes for the insurance marketplace, including loss ratio, retention, and conversion

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering)

7+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG)

Proven track record of hiring and managing high-performing teams

Structured framework for problem-solving based on first principles

Ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders and C-suite executives
