$20.56 per hour

Do you want to work in a dynamic work environment where no day is ever the same as the next? In this role, your tasks will be diversified and you will be supporting our mission. Support management with accounts receivable and administrative duties.

• Maintain an effective control environment under accounting operations. Includes both key and non-key controls and extends to the timely updating and modification of control design.
• Prepare monthly billing for individuals served and assure all tasks are completed for month-end billing.
• Process and post payments received and adjustments for payments and rates while maintaining an appropriate level of segregation of duties. Maintain files on all monthly invoices.
• Produce, distribute, and maintain monthly accounts receivable reports.
• Serve as a back-up for administrative roles.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in related field
• 2-3 years of experience in administrative support or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
• A commitment to quality in everything you do
