We currently seek a full-time Program Assistant to join our Workforce Development team! The Program Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the Trauma Informed Care program between Riker's Island and our Community based office. This individual will provide direct administrative and operational support to staff and participants by maintaining organized office systems and implementing procedures that support daily activities. Responsibilities include general office duties, document management, scheduling support, and coordination of program materials and communications.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams. This position requires daily, on-site presence at the Brooklyn and Bronx office locations.
Salary : $26.10-$27.47 per hour
