Apply our 10 Commitments in daily operations. Address customer and employee concerns promptly. Handle maintenance and repair issues as they arise. Maintain food safety certifications and coach staff on best practices. Continuously seek and interview potential team members. Protect company assets, including technology and kitchen equipment. Understand and supervise all restaurant roles and responsibilities. Act decisively against inappropriate behavior and investigate thoroughly. Coach and develop your team daily. Recognize outstanding team performance regularly. Account for daily revenues and deposits accurately. Complete administrative duties and submit paperwork punctually.

About the Position
As a Restaurant Operations Leader, you’ll embrace mornings and the wonderful aroma of freshly cooked breakfast. Our managers are passionate about service and play a crucial role in mentoring and developing their teams to foster a love for serving our guests. You’ll oversee both kitchen operations and the dining experience, defying the traditional boundaries between front and back of house management.
