Job description : Civil Engineer

Albuquerque, New Mexico

Responsibilities :

• Conduct site investigations and feasibility analyses.
• Develop Site Plan that meets the required guiding criteria

DPM / IDO / etc.)

• Develop site master plans aligned with project goals.
• Navigate entitlement processes.
• Perform onsite and offsite drainage analysis and design.
• Oversee site utility design for functionality and efficiency.
• Coordinate dry utility arrangements.
• Lead drainage master planning.
• Manage coordination with sub-consultants (geotechnical, surveying).
• Oversee construction contract management.
• Conduct construction inspections.

Requirements :

• Proficiency in relevant software and design tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $90,000 to

130,000, depending on experience.

• Position is for in person work only.

Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in civil engineering or related field.

• 3-4 years of design and construction experience in land development.
