Servers are “tour guides” for Leon’s guests throughout their meal. Servers are welcoming, knowledgeable, passionate, and poised. They are charged with actively engaging our guests, and deciphering what is needed at all times . They are expected to be leaders in service, offering guidance to, and always assisting the S ervice S upport team in any / all of their responsibilities (especially in clearing and resetting tables). Additionally, as an extension of the Host / Maître d’ role, Servers are expected to recognize regular guests, friends and family, hospitality industry peers / Soignés / key press and reviewers, and warmly welcome first-time diners.
We are looking for servers for all meal periods with options to work Brunch on the weekends. Breakfast is from 8am-11am, lunch is 12pm-3pm, dinner is 5-11pm. Servers will be required to work both shifts and must be flexible with availability, specifically for Sunday / Monday
