ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’m a Baylor University graduate and have been a State Farm agent for 4 years, after spending two and a half years working as a team member for an agent in San Antonio. That experience gave me a strong foundation in the business and a clear vision for building a high-performing agency.


Our team of six operates in a competitive, fun, and fast-growing environment. We’re proud to be one of the top agencies in the enterprise, and we work hard while enjoying the process along the way. The culture here is energetic and team-driven, with a strong focus on growth, accountability, and winning together.


Outside the office, community involvement matters to me, and I stay active with Austin Ridge Bible Church. Family is also a priority — I’m married and value maintaining a healthy work-life balance, which is something I encourage for my team as well.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Connor Harris - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
