    • Education / Certification Requirements :

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in education / training, administration, management, social work, human services, or a human service-related field

    • Experience Requirements :

  • Minimum of two years' experience in human service field (social work, psychology, sociology, human development, mental health, criminal justice, education, etc.)

    • Skills / Qualifications Including but Not Limited To :

  • Excellent writing and computer skills
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication (including de-escalation and redirection in times of conflict)
  • Teamwork
  • Demonstrates understanding and empathy for others
  • Current and valid Driver's License with no more than 3 points assessed
  • Current auto insurance that meets the minimum automobile liability and medical coverage required by Nebraska law
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft products, Internet, Outlook, and portal
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Mental Health
  • Interviewing Skills
  • Interpersonal Skills including Building Relationships / Rapport
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
  • Able to keep client records current
