• Position will manage a growing 35+ bed ED with over 45k annual visits and a team of 75 FTE's
• Well supported by an Assistant Manager, team of Charge Nurses and an Educator
• Reports directly to a collaborative and dynamic Chief Nursing Officer

Qualifications & Requirements for Director, Emergency Department (RN):

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required / Master's strongly preferred
• Active RN License
• CEN preferred
• 5+ years of ER clinical nursing experience required
• 2+ years of ER leadership experience as an Emergency Department Manager or Director level required
• Energetic and dynamic leader who will be able to ensure the team has the tools they need to provide the best patient care to the community
• Demonstrated track record of improving employee satisfaction/engagement, throughput times, and the patient experience
