A company is looking for a Conflicts Specialist, responsible for identifying and resolving conflicts of interest within the legal industry.
Key Responsibilities
Review incoming service requests and gather conflict data from internal and external clients
Analyze party names and case details to determine potential conflicts and manage intake processes
Monitor legal activity and document trends, ensuring compliance and proper escalation of issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4 years of business experience
At least 2 years of experience in a law firm or legal services organization required
Experience in evaluating conflicts of interest is strongly preferred
High proficiency with MS Office 2017, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
