Deal Desk Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Operations Specialist to manage deal desk functions and optimize workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily deal desk activities, including preparing and reviewing quotes for new business, expansions, and renewals

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams to ensure deal requirements are met before approval

Maintain accurate documentation and support operational tasks for efficient sales processes

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

Experience managing or participating in cross-functional projects

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and products

Experience in a similar role, with CRM experience (Salesforce.com preferred)

Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
