Associate Attorney

Litigation Attorney - (All Levels) Richmond, Virginia!

Seeking seasoned civil litigation attorneys! We currently have openings available for attorneys at various levels. Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of recent civil litigation experience to be considered, but we also welcome mid-to-senior-level attorneys to apply. We are keenly interested in attorneys with expertise across a broad spectrum of civil litigaiton practice areas. Responsibilities:

• Provide independent case support.
• Effectively interact with clients, counsel, and supervising attorneys.
• Analyze and draft discovery requests and responses.
• Conduct legal research, prepare memoranda, and oversee junior attorneys.
• Draft complaints, motions, and other legal documents.
• Assess, draft, and argue dispositive motions.
• Prepare for and defend depositions of witnesses.
• Participate in court hearings and mediations.
• Supervise junior attorneys and paralegal staff in trial and arbitration preparations.
• Deliver exceptional service to all clients.

Qualifications:

• Licensed in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.
• Two or more years of civil litigation experience.
• Ability to work independently while managing a heavy caseload.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Effective oral advocacy skills and familiarity with rules of evidence.
• Ability to multitask while demonstrating attention to detail.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
