  • Looking for a highly organized and bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO).

    The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. This role plays a key part in supporting executive-level operations, communications, and coordination across departments.

    Key Responsibilities

    Executive Support :

    • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for the CISO and COO.
    • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, and follow-up documentation.
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports.
    • Travel domestically and internationally as needed to provide onsite support during executive business trips.
    • Act as a liaison between executives and internal / external stakeholders.
    • Track key initiatives and ensure timely follow-ups and status updates.
    • Support cross-functional projects by organizing meetings, compiling updates, and maintaining project documentation.
    • Communication & Language Support :

    • Translate documents and communications between Korean and English as needed.
    • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, memos, and reports in both languages.
    • Facilitate clear and professional communication between executives and their teams.
    • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure alignment across departments.
    • Onsite Presence & Office Culture :

    • Coordinate onsite logistics including meeting room setup, visitor management, and internal events.
    • Support team engagement activities and contribute to a positive, inclusive office environment.
    • Ensure executives are well-prepared and supported throughout their day.

    • Qualifications & Experience

    • Language Skills : Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written).
    • Experience : Minimum 2 years of administrative or executive support experience
    • Education : Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
    • Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom / Teams, and travel / expense management tools.

    • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fountain Valley, CA.

    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $34.00 / hr.
