POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for constructing sheds in the controlled environment of our manufacturing facility. The Builder's duties include basic carpentry to frame, roof, nail and caulk siding, hang doors, install windows, etc. to complete construction of sheds. In order to accomplish tasks, they may need to operate a forklift and use ladders and scaffolding as well. This is a fast-paced, production environment, so the builder needs to have a keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach with good multitasking and time management skills. This person should be able to work independently and also be able to follow instructions and floor plans. They may be required to perform other duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment for employees will take place primarily inside a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Occasionally, employees will be expected to work outside in all types of weather conditions. Employees can expect to experience high levels of noise that are typically associated with a busy manufacturing environment. The employee must be able to tolerate an environment with paint / stain fumes and sawdust in the air.

COMPENSATION

Compensation for this position is commission-based, with uncapped earning potential. Your income will be directly tied to your performance, allowing you to earn based on the results you achieve. There is no limit to how much you can earn, giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your income through dedicated effort and success in meeting or exceeding your targets.
