Our team is a diverse and nimble group that manages Apple's retail stores, workplaces, and workplace services. We develop and manage Apple's global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world. As part of our Places Construction team, you'll play a significant role in transforming spaces into functional corporate offices and product development centers.

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of our key capital projects, including the delivery of high-design workplaces and technically complex laboratory fit-outs. This role requires a unique blend of skillsthe ability to implement an elevated design vision with meticulous attention to detail, deep technical expertise, and strong project management discipline.

As the Construction Project Manager, you will be the key point of contact for project delivery to partners and leadership, responsible for taking projects from initial concept through design, construction, commissioning, and final handover. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives on coordinating with a diverse group of stakeholdersincluding executive leadership, internal cross-functional partners, architects, engineers, and general contractorsto deliver inspiring and functional spaces on time and within budget.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong portfolio of completed complex construction projects.
• Proven track record managing the fit-out of technical spaces such as labs and research facilities.
• Deep experience with the full project lifecycle, from programming and design through commissioning and closeout.
• Deep experience in managing project financials, including budget creation, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting on projects of significant value.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project, Bluebeam) and standard office software.
