Targeted Pay Range: $20 - $26.00. The starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, certifications, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Team members may qualify to enroll in a comprehensive benefits package, subject to terms and conditions of respective plans and employment eligibility. Team members are also eligible for a 20% Academy discount.
